Hard to believe that we are in our 3rd quarter of school for this year! Wow – the year has really gone by quickly. In this home stretch of school there will be many exciting events and we would love to have you and your family participate. Beginning on Friday, Feb 25th we will kickoff our final fundraiser, our annual Read-A-Thon! This fundraiser is for everyone and is a great boost to the reading skills of our children. Information will be coming home on Friday, please check your student’s backpack. On the horizon we have the Spring Book Fair, MAP testing, Field Day and the annual Sock Hop – be watching for more information as those events approach.
We appreciate all your support and would love to answer any questions you may have. Our next meeting is scheduled for March 14th at 4pm in the Willard North Library. Nominations for the 2011-2012 PTO board member election will take place. If you are interested in serving in a position please contact a current board member or Mrs. Stevens. We hope to see you soon!
